En cumplimiento de la norma de sostenibilidad turística, ha implementado buenas practicas, campañas y demás que nos permita disminuir o mitigar el consumo o uso de diferentes recursos (agua, energía, papel, etc.), promover el cuidado del patrimonio cultural, la flora y la fauna y prevenir la explotación sexual, comercial y laboral de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Para lograr el cumplimiento de este compromiso queremos hacer partícipe a nuestros clientes, proveedores y allegados, por esta razón presentamos a continuación algunos consejos que esperamos se tengan en cuenta durante el viaje por el cliente final: 1. Ábrase a las culturas y tradiciones distintas de las suyas: su experiencia se verá transformada, usted se ganará el respeto de la población local, y ésta lo acogerá más fácilmente. Sea tolerante y respete la diversidad. 2. Respete los derechos humanos. Cualquier forma de explotación vulnera los objetivos fundamentales del turismo. La explotación sexual infantil es un delito punible, tanto en el lugar donde se lleve a cabo como en el país de residencia de quien lo cometa. 3. Ayude a conservar el entorno natural. Proteja la flora y la fauna silvestre y su hábitat, y no compre productos elaborados a partir de plantas o animales en peligro. Evite tomarse fotografías con la fauna, puede causar que estas especies se alejen del lugar y no retornen, con el perjuicio de que te será más difícil para tu próximo grupo de turistas observar estas especies 4. Respete los recursos culturales. Las actividades turísticas deben practicarse con respeto por el patrimonio artístico, arqueológico y cultural. No se sienta tentado a llevarse pedazos de restos arqueológicos, plantas, flores, y demás si cada turista que visitara el lugar se llevara una muestra, muy pronto dejaría de existir el recurso 5. Su viaje puede contribuir al desarrollo económico y social. Compre artesanía y productos locales para apoyar la economía del lugar, y aténgase a los principios del comercio justo. Cuando regatee, tenga presente el concepto de salario justo. Las artesanías son el más importante reflejo de la cultura e identidad local y sus beneficios van directamente a las poblaciones de las localidades visitadas. Además, son producidas con muy bajo impacto para el ambiente y contribuyen a incrementar la valoración de la cultura local 6. Infórmese de la legislación vigente para no cometer ningún acto que se considere delictivo en el país visitado. No trafique con drogas, armas, antigüedades, especies protegidas, ni productos o sustancias peligrosas o prohibidas por los reglamentos nacionales. 7. Mantenga orden y aseo en los lugares que visite, evitando así potencializar los diferentes riesgos que amenacen las instalaciones, área natural protegida y demás 8. No arroje restos de alimentos en los lugares visitados. Tenga especial cuidado en áreas naturales protegidas; los restos de frutas pueden contener semillas que pueden crecer en el lugar y convertirse después en una especie invasora perjudicando a especies nativas. 9. Tenga presente cerrar los grifos, apaga el aire acondicionado y las luces cuando salgas del hotel o lugar de hospedaje. Así, ayudas a no desperdiciar agua y energía, recursos valiosísimos para todo el planeta. 10. Trate de minimizar la generación de basura, rechaza los productos con envoltorios innecesarios y opte por utilizar envases reciclables.

To achieve compliance with this commitment we want to involve our customers, suppliers and associates, for this reason we present below some tips that will hopefully be taken into account during the trip by the end customer: 1.
